One of the benefits of using social media is that you can track your results.

Unfortunately most don’t work as well as they should, but they will nevertheless give you an idea of whether a campaign is successful or not, and this makes them valuable. Here is a big bonus: the tools are usually free. There are several paid tools, but as the very buggy at the moment, so don’t pay for them yet.
